How to become a
Whether you designate a specific amount or leave a percentage of your estate, your Legacy gift will empower JAM’s important work. To name JAM as a beneficiary in your will please follow these simple steps:
STEP 1 – Draw up or update your Will
Visit a legal adviser to draw up or update your Will. If you don’t have one, you can find one through your local Law Society.
Step 2 – Safely store your Will
Make sure your Will is stored in a safe place and that someone you trust knows where it is. It’s also important to make a copy of your Will for your records. Your legal adviser will often store your original Will free of charge.
Step 3 – Get in Touch
By planning a future gift to JAM you will help ensure that our work will continue until every vulnerable person in Africa is able to live a life of dignity and create a better life for themselves and their families. This means it’s incredibly valuable for us to know your intentions or whether you have already included JAM in your will or estate plan.
By adding us to your will, you can help us continue our work in Africa, leaving a legacy long after you have been laid to rest. We would love to welcome you as a Legacy Partner!
